Freedom of Information

A Freedom of Information (FOI) request, also referred to as an Access or Correction Request, refers to requests for information made under the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (MFIPPA) . The public can request information under MFIPPA by completing the required request form available here: Freedom of Information (FOI) Access/Correction Request Form

Formal requests must be made in writing using the Request Form. There is a $5 application fee to process the request. Requests and payment can be made by cash, debit, or cheque during regular business hours Mon-Fri 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. by completing the on-line request form, in person, placed in the overnight drop box, or can be mailed to the following:
