You can now purchase monthly passes and load funds to your e-purse online for Colltrans and the Blue Mountain Link (BLINK). Create an account or log in at collingwood.usetransit.com to get started.

Follow these steps to create your account and purchase passes:

1. Click the register button to create your account
2. Enter and submit your personal information
3. Check your email for a message from Transitfare
4. Open the email and click the activation link
5. Log in to the Transitfare portal once your account is verified
6. Browse and purchase your transit passes

Transit passes can also be purchased in person at the following locations in Collingwood:

• Town Hall — 97 Hurontario Street
• Collingwood Public Library — 55 Ste. Marie Street

• Transfers are valid for 30 minutes from time of issuance on our in-town routes (Cross Town, East and West Routes).  They are intended for travel occurring in a single trip/general direction, not intended for stop overs.
• Please note that transfers between in-town routes and the Blue Mountain link are not valid, a separate fare would need to be paid if you are travelling between the 2 areas.
• If you purchase a monthly transit pass, you have unlimited rides, so you would just tap your card when you get on the bus to validate your pass.  You do not need to ask for a transfer.  Note that we sell 2 monthly passes - one for the in-town routes and one for the Blue Mountain link.  Each offers unlimited travel for their respective zones.
• You can also choose to load a dollar amount of funds to a transit card, we call this your epurse, where each time you tap your card it would deduct the fare.  If you choose this type of payment method, you would also want to ask the driver for a transfer as this works like a cash fare.

New riders who have not used the Red Cross service will be required to pre-register by completing the TransitPLUS Specialized Transit Application. Completed applications are returned to Landmark Bus Lines. 

Please note: Active Red Cross clients who are currently using accessible services within Collingwood will not be required to reapply for TransitPLUS. Existing Red Cross users will still have to contact Landmark Bus Lines to provide additional details. 

TransitPLUS cannot guarantee same-day booking requests. The service will strive to accommodate same-day bookings where possible; however, all transportation requests are dependent on demand at the time of booking.

Like other door-to-door services, bookings are prioritized on a first-come, first-served basis. 

All riders are encouraged to pre-book any rides in advance whenever possible.

TransitPLUS operates 7 days a week from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Please note: Companions and Service Animals ride free with registered clients.

It is recommended that riders book their return trip when scheduling their initial trip. Planning ahead helps ensure that a pickup time is available.

Riders are encouraged to provide a pickup window of at least one hour, if needed, after their initial trip. This allows dispatch to coordinate bookings and schedule pickups and drop-offs efficiently.

Riders may call 705-446-1196 to arrange a return trip after their initial trip; however, immediate pickup may not be available depending on demand.

TransitPLUS provides service within: 

• The municipal boundaries of Collingwood and Wasaga Beach
• In Clearview Township (limited to areas currently serviced by Clearview Transit)

To confirm availability of services within or around the Blue Mountain Link (BLINK) service area, please call 705-446-1196.

Trips outside the boundaries of Collingwood, Wasaga Beach, and Clearview Township will continue to be provided by the Red Cross.

As required by the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA), municipalities that provide conventional transit services must offer specialized transit during the same hours and for the same fare in the jurisdiction in which both services operate.  

At this time, TransitPLUS operates during the same hours as public transit.

TransitPlus fares are currently cash only and exact change is required.
